The flexibility of our tool allows it to be used for other types of situations, such as security alerts for solo travel or critical reminders. Being designed with a "Privacy by Design" approach, we ensure that your information only reaches whoever you decide, when you decide.
1. Letters for future dates (not tied to death)
Send messages for a child on their 18th birthday, for your partner on a future anniversary, or for yourself 5 years from now. Use the timer not as "if I don't log in, send", but simply as a long-term scheduled delivery secured cryptographically.

2. Emotional closure or reconciliation
You can leave a message for someone with whom you have a complicated relationship, to be sent only if you truly can no longer tell them yourself. One last chance to heal wounds without the pressure of the present.

3. Personal and family care instructions
Ideal for leaving detailed instructions about pets, plants, or personal projects: who to notify and exactly what to do if you suddenly disappear or suffer an accident.

4. Business continuity
A founder or freelancer can leave critical instructions (server access, key client contacts, domain passwords) for a trusted partner or employee, preventing business collapse in the event of sudden incapacity.

5. Whistleblowing / Retaliation insurance
Journalists or employees guarding sensitive information that will be made public or reach someone if "something happens to them". It is literally the classic journalistic "dead man's switch" mechanism brought to the modern era with total privacy.

6. Renewal or expiration reminders
Although it is not its main use, it could be used as a forced reminder: "if I haven't canceled this delivery, it means I forgot to renew the web domain or life insurance". An automated lifeline against forgetfulness.
