TestaDigi.com is not responsible for the stored data. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure not to store highly sensitive information without proper physical precautions, as we recommend on our homepage.
The information provided in the emails and warning messages will be sent automatically based on the inactivity conditions set by the user.
3. Privacy and Security
We take your privacy very seriously. The data provided (email addresses, messages, and profile settings) are strictly used for the internal functioning of the digital legacy service and will never be sold to third parties.
4. Acceptance
The continued use of this platform implies express acceptance of these conditions. All users must accept these policies before accessing the dashboard and using TestaDigi services.
5. Proper Use
Do not use TestaDigi for fraudulent purposes, anonymous threats, sending messages to people who have already blocked you, nor for bad faith uses. TestaDigi was created to help.
6. Emotional Support
If you are going through a hard time and are thinking about suicide. Seek professional help.
8. Refund Policy
Once the payment for a subscription is made, it is non-refundable. The product or service is acquired and activated immediately upon prior payment, so no refunds are allowed.
9. Privacy of Recipients (Third Parties)
The email addresses of family or friends that users enter into the platform will be used solely to send the scheduled message. TestaDigi will not send advertising to these contacts or sell their data under any circumstances.
10. GDPR Compliance and User Rights
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users have the right to access, rectify, request portability, and demand the complete deletion of their data (right to be forgotten). You can exercise these rights by contacting our support at rgpd@testadigi.com.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
If a user cancels and deletes their account, all their data, messages, and attachments will be permanently destroyed from our servers.
12. Message Security and Privacy
Privacy is our core pillar. TestaDigi and its employees do not have technical or physical access to read the contents of your personal messages or attachments.
13. Third-Party Providers
TestaDigi does not sell user data. We use secure external providers for specific functions, such as payment gateways. We do not store banking data on our servers.
14. Minimum Age of Use
To create an account and draft documents on TestaDigi, the user must be at least 18 years of age.
15. IP and Geolocation Logging
For strict security reasons, prevention of unauthorized access, and session validation, TestaDigi collects precise and approximate location data (even in the background when our mobile app is used) so that the user can know and verify the latest connections and locations from which their account was accessed. This data is not shared with third parties.
Biometric Data Protection and Processing (Fingerprint & Facial Recognition)
Our mobile application offers optional biometric authentication functionality (fingerprint unlock, Touch ID, or Face ID facial recognition) for both secure access and automatic inactivity reset.
In accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR regarding special categories of data:
- Exclusively Local Processing: Biometric verification is carried out 100% locally in the secure hardware module (TEE / Secure Enclave) of the smartphone.
- No External Storage or Transmission: TestaDigi never collects, transmits, stores, or accesses fingerprints or facial patterns. Such data never leaves the user's phone.
- Cryptographic Token Confirmation: The native app only receives successful validation confirmation from the OS and transmits an anonymous token to authorize the action.
Cookie Usage and Google AdSense Advertising
This website uses Google AdSense, an ad publishing service provided by Google LLC. Google uses cookies (including DART cookies and third-party vendors) to serve personalized ads based on user browsing history.
Users can manage their personalized advertising preferences by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Permanent Account Deletion and Data Destruction
Any user can request the permanent and irreversible deletion of their account and personal data from the My Profile > Request Account Deletion section.
